Our first project aimed at rebranding our company culture is the "Yes! Attitude" seminar, led by our CEO, Mark Tran himself. This event was designed to inspire and empower our leadership team to adopt the positive, can-do mindset that permeates throughout Cennos 2.0. Action Plans were created in teams to end the seminar and will be brought back to the workplace where it is now their job to inspire others. This seminar awakened a side of our leaders that had always been there, just waiting to be brought out by the CEO himself.
