Cennos 2.0: Embracing Change Through Current Projects

Cennos 2.0 is more than just a new look. It's a transformative shift in our company culture and approach to business, driven by AI + HI. Our recent projects reflect this evolution, focusing on both the human and technological aspects that drive our success. We are excited to share two key initiatives that are shaping the future of Cennos: the "Yes! Attitude" seminar and our participation in the Databricks Data + AI Summit.

Cultivating a "Yes! Attitude" in Leadership

Our first project aimed at rebranding our company culture is the "Yes! Attitude" seminar, led by our CEO, Mark Tran himself. This event was designed to inspire and empower our leadership team to adopt the positive, can-do mindset that permeates throughout Cennos 2.0. While Cennos 1.0 was dedicated to establishing a task-oriented and focused culture, Cennos 2.0 is committed to empowering our leaders to ask critical questions and drive innovation with a Yes! Attitude. 

Mark’s dynamic approach in the seminar was full of interactive elements and questionnaires. This allowed for the attendees to dig deeper in order to evaluate and understand their attitude.  Action Plans were created in teams to end the seminar and will be brought back to the workplace where it is now their job to inspire others. This sparked a wave of enthusiasm among our leaders that has been pouring onto their teams leading to a culture shift of engagement and eagerness in the workplace. This seminar awakened a side of our leaders that had always been there, just waiting to be brought out by the CEO himself. A trickle-down effect has begun to manifest where the renewed energy of our leaders spread to every sector of the company, transforming our culture from the top down.

Embracing Data and AI with Databricks

The second project highlights our commitment to integrating advanced technology into our operations. Our leaders recently attended the Databricks Data + AI Summit, a premier event in the AI and data industry. This conference provided us with invaluable insights into the latest trends and innovations in data science and machine learning. The knowledge gained from this summit is instrumental as we incorporate Databricks' platform into our workflow. Databricks offers a unified analytics platform that enhances our ability to manage, process, and analyze vast amounts of data. By leveraging this technology, we can streamline our operations, improve decision-making processes, and deliver more precise and efficient services to our clients. As Databricks CEO Ali Ghodsi remarked, "Data is the new oil, and AI is the new electricity. Companies that harness these resources effectively will lead the future." This integration will allow us to expand our capabilities vertically within the e-commerce industry, offering more comprehensive and data-driven solutions to our clients.

Looking Ahead

These projects are just the beginning of our exciting transformation at Cennos 2.0. The "Yes! Attitude" seminar is inspiring the human intelligence side of Cennos, while our partnership with Databricks is challenging and enhancing our AI capabilities.
